PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF ENGLISH TEACHERS: AN IN-DEPTH ANALYSIS
This article examines the professional competence of English teachers, focusing on key skills, pedagogical strategies, and the role of continuous professional development. The study highlights the necessity for English teachers to adapt to evolving educational contexts and student needs. Through a comprehensive literature review, it identifies critical competencies required for effective teaching and discusses methodologies for assessing and enhancing these skills.
