A STUDY OF THE CURRENT STATE OF ORGANIZING AND MONITORING STUDENTS' INDEPENDENT WORK IN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
This article analyzes the current state of organizing and monitoring students' independent work in higher education institutions based on empirical research. The study results indicate that students face major challenges such as an excessive number of assignments, a lack of resources, and insufficient implementation of an individualized approach. The compliance of independent work assignments with differentiated learning principles was also examined. The article provides recommendations for improving the effectiveness of independent learning, developing individualized approaches, and enhancing practical skills.
