PREPARING TEACHERS TO WORK IN AN INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT IS A CURRENT PROBLEM
The article considers the importance of inclusive education, taking into account the mental and psychological state of children who need special attention. It covers the pedagogical, psychological aspects of inclusive education, the satisfaction of the educational needs of children with disabilities and the provision of their equal rights in society. Also discussed are the requirements for pedagogical personnel for the effective organization of the inclusive education system, directions for training teachers and increasing their professional competencies.
