THE ROLE OF MIGRATION PROCESSES IN IMPLEMENTING THE "SOFT POWER" POLICY OF STATES

The article analyzes the global significance of migration processes, their transnational nature, and the role of diasporas in enhancing states' foreign policy positions. Complex issues related to the social impact of labor migrants and return migration are examined. The importance of migration processes as a tool for states to implement “soft power” policy is emphasized. Special attention is given to the strategic importance of these processes and the need for their effective management.
