РОЛЬ МИГРАЦИОННЫХ ПРОЦЕССОВ В РЕАЛИЗАЦИИ ГОСУДАРСТВАМИ ПОЛИТИКИ "МЯГКОЙ СИЛЫ"

В статье проанализирована глобальная значимость миграционных процессов, их транснациональная природа и роль диаспор в усилении внешнеполитической позиции государств. Рассмотрены сложные вопросы социального влияния трудовых мигрантов и обратной миграции. Подчёркнута важность миграционных процессов как инструмента реализации политики «мягкой силы» государствами. Особое внимание уделено стратегическому значению этих процессов и необходимости их эффективного управления.
