THE ROLE OF EDUCATION IN DEVELOPING WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP
This article explores the role of education in the formation of leadership for women of Uzbekistan. The results of the study showed that educational programs are a decisive factor in the development of women's leadership skills. Among women in higher education, there is a high level of aspiration for leadership positions, and there is a significant increase in professional growth among women who participate in educational programs. The article also examines gender problems as one of the main factors preventing people from taking leadership positions.
