Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston ayollari uchun liderlikni shakllantirishda ta’limning o‘rni o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, ta’lim dasturlari ayollarning yetakchilik qobiliyatlarini rivojlantirishda hal qiluvchi omil hisoblanadi.
