INCREASING THE STARTING SPEED OF 13-14 YEAR OLD 400 METER RUNNERS
This article analyzes scientific and methodological approaches aimed at increasing the starting speed of 13-14 year old track and field athletes in the 400-meter run. Based on experience, it has been proven that technique, strength and coordination exercises are an important factor in the formation and improvement of speed in the starting phase. Based on the results of the study, an effective training system for preparing young athletes has been developed
