The article examines the pedagogical potential of using various forms of art in teaching the Russian language. It is shown that students’ artistic interaction with painting, literature, music, and theater contributes to the development of aesthetic taste, which in turn positively influences their overall personal growth. The article reveals specific forms and methods of integrating art into the educational process. Emphasis is placed on the necessity of aestheticizing lesson content and on the role of the teacher as a mediator between art and the learner.
