FACTORS INFLUENCING THE DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL LITERACY IN HIGHER EDUCATION AND PEDAGOGICAL MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES
This article explores the key factors that influence the development of students' digital literacy in higher education. These include technological infrastructure, the degree of digitalization of the educational process, instructors' digital competence, and students' motivation. The article also analyzes pedagogical strategies for effectively managing these factors—such as teaching approaches, the use of interactive tools, and collaboration mechanisms between teachers and students in a digital environment. Practical recommendations are proposed to address existing challenges and enhance digital literacy outcomes.
