This study analyzes key determinants that shape personality characteristics of preschool educators in early childhood education organizations. The research was conducted using mixed methodology including a survey of 50 educators and in-depth interviews with 30 specialists. Main factors forming professionally significant personality traits were identified: educational experience, professional motivation, socio-psychological working conditions, individual-typological features, and professional value system. Results demonstrate the importance of a comprehensive approach to developing personal potential of pedagogical staff in preschool education system to enhance educational process quality
