РАЗМЕРНО-ВЕСОВАЯ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА И УПИТАННОСТЬ CYPRINUS CARPIO ОЗЕРА ЗАМОНБОБО
The relationships between body length and body weight so as condition factor of common carp, Cyprinus carpio, were determined using representative samples collected in March 2023 and 2024 in the Zamonbobo drainage water storage lake (lower stream of the Zarafshan River, Uzbekistan), which was created in the 2000s. Common carp appeared in the lake as a result of periodic stocking with yearlings from pond fish farms since 2015. Since 2022, common carp have been regularly caught by commercial fish capturing. Our sample included fish with a total length of 16.0–46.0 cm, standard length of 13.5–39.0 cm, and total body weight of 70.0–1280.0 g. There is a strong positive linear relationship between the total length (TL, cm) and standard body length (SL, cm) of common carp: SL = 0.8638 * TL - 0.8663 (r = 0.99). The relationship between the total body weight (W, g) and the total body length is characterized by the regression equation of the power function W = 0.0493 * TL2.65 (r = 0.97). i.e. negative Natural sciences allometric growth is noted. Taking the logarithm of the dependence indices of these traits yields the formula lg W = 2.65 * lg TL – 1.307. The Fulton condition factor varied in the population from 1.16 to 1.90 (on average 1.48 + 0.02).
