This article examines key digitalization trends in the professional development of university teachers. It notes that modern digital technologies offer new opportunities for building flexible educational pathways and increasing the effectiveness and accessibility of learning. International and domestic experience are analyzed, and the advantages and risks of implementing digital tools such as LMS platforms, online courses, adaptive systems, and artificial intelligence are discussed. Recommendations are provided for improving digital infrastructure and developing the digital competence of university teachers.
