MINDFULNESS TRAINING TO ENHANCE STUDENT WELL-BEING:A STUDY OF ITS PATHWAYS
Mindfulness training serves as an effective psychological intervention that significantly enhances the subjective well-being of
college students. The underlying mechanism lies in its ability to help individuals experience more positive emotions, alleviate the
distress of negative emotions, and improve their overall life satisfaction. This training approach provides essential support for the
physical and mental health as well as the positive development of university students. Furthermore, it establishes a solid foundation
for cultivating high-quality talents with emotional stability and a positive outlook.
