TALABALAR FAROVONLIGINI OSHIRISH UCHUN ONGLILIK TRENINGI:UNING TA’SIR MEXANIZMLARINI O‘RGANISH
Onglilik bo‘yicha mashg‘ulotlar talabalarning sub’yektiv farovonligini sezilarli darajada oshiradigan samarali psixologik
intervensiya sifatida namoyon bo‘ladi. Ushbu mashg‘ulotlarning ta’sir mexanizmi shundaki, ular shaxslarga ko‘proq ijobiy
emotsiyalarni boshdan kechirish, salbiy emotsional holatlarning og‘irligini kamaytirish hamda umumiy hayotdan qoniqish
darajasini oshirishga yordam beradi. Bunday treninglar talabalarning jismoniy va ruhiy salomatligini, shuningdek ularning ijobiy
rivojlanishini qo‘llab-quvvatlashda muhim ahamiyatga ega. Bundan tashqari, ular emotsional barqarorlikka ega, ijobiy qarashlarni
shakllantirgan yuqori malakali kadrlarni tayyorlash uchun mustahkam asos yaratadi.
