IMPROVING LESSON EFFECTIVENESS IN TEACHING “MAGNETIC SEMICONDUCTORS AND SPINTRONICS” THROUGH THE USE OF MENTIMETER INTERACTIVE TECHNOLOGY
The article analyzes the scientific and methodological foundations of using the Mentimeter interactive technology in teaching the
subject "Magnetic Semiconductors and Spintronics." The real-time analysis, anonymous responses, “word cloud,” “quiz,” and
“poll” functions of Mentimeter allow organizing lessons in an interactive and effective way. The proposed model consists of five
stages, and its application is illustrated through the topic of the “Spin Hall Effect.” The results of the study show that the use of
Mentimeter technology plays an important role in increasing students’ cognitive activity, motivation, and overall learning
efficiency.
