Maqolada “Magnit yarimo‘tkazgichlar va Spintronika” fanini o‘qitishda Mentimeter interaktiv texnologiyasidan foydalanishning
ilmiy-metodik asoslari tahlil qilingan. Mentimeterning real vaqtli tahlil, anonim javob, “word cloud”, “quiz” va “poll” funksiyalari
dars jarayonini interaktiv va samarali tashkil etish imkonini beradi. Taklif etilgan model besh bosqichdan iborat bo‘lib, “Spin Hall
effekti” mavzusi misolida qo‘llanishi yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari Mentimeter texnologiyasi o‘quvchilarning bilish faolligini,
motivatsiyasini va dars samaradorligini oshirishda muhim rol o‘ynashini ko‘rsatdi.
