REGENERATION CAPACITY OF SALSOLA RICHTERI DURING IN VITRO CULTURE INITIATION
This study evaluates the regeneration capacity of the halophytic species S. richteri during its introduction into in vitro culture. The
work presents results on seed sterilization, germination, callus induction, and morphogenesis on various nutrient media
supplemented with plant growth regulators.
