SUN’IY INTELLEKT VA AYOLLARNING MEHNAT BOZORIDAGI INTEGRATSIYASI

Ushbu maqolada sun’iy intellekt (AI) texnologiyalarining ayollarning mehnat bozoridagi integratsiyasi va gender tengligiga ta’siri
nazariy va qiyosiy tahlil asosida o‘rganildi. Xalqaro tashkilotlar — ILO, OECD, UNDP va Jahon iqtisodiy forumi hisobotlari
hamda ilmiy adabiyotlar tahlili asosida AI orqali ayollarning mehnat bozoridagi ishtiroki, imkoniyatlari va xavflari yoritildi.
Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, AI ish o‘rinlarini qisman avtomatlashtirish orqali ayollar uchun yangi imkoniyatlar yaratishi mumkin,
ammo raqamli ko‘nikmalar yetishmasligi va algoritmik tarafkashlik mavjud gender tafovutlarini kuchaytirishi ehtimoli ham bor.
Shuning uchun AI siyosatida gender tenglik ustuvor vazifa sifatida belgilanishi, ayollarni STEM sohalariga jalb qilish va raqamli
savodxonlikni oshirish choralari muhim ahamiyatga ega.
