THE IMPORTANCE OF MODERN AND PRIORITY CRITERIA IN DESIGNING EDUCATIONAL GOALS

This article systematically analyzes modern approaches to designing educational goals, their theoretical foundations and practical application possibilities. It is argued that the effective formation of knowledge, skills, qualifications and competencies in the educational process directly depends on the clear definition, logical consistency, measurability and scientific validity of educational goals. Within the framework of the study, the design of educational goals is interpreted as an effective "roadmap" that ensures the achievement of the expected results in harmony with modern educational technologies. The article analyzes such priority methodological foundations as the competency-based approach, Bloom's taxonomy, outcome-based education, and the integrative approach. Using the example of English language teaching, it is revealed that the correct and thorough design of educational objectives is an important factor in the development of students' language skills (listening, reading, writing, and speaking) and communicative competence. The results of the study show that designing educational goals based on modern requirements, labor market needs, and international educational standards improve the quality of the pedagogical process, enhances teaching efficiency, and ensures the sustainability of educational outcomes. The results of the article are significant in providing practical recommendations for educational institutions, teachers, and methodologists.
