The article examines the scientific examination of the verbal and lexical and lexical-semantic features of the word ساعة (for a while, doomsday, death) in the hadiths narrated by our great grandfather Imam al-Bukhari in his Sahih al-Bukhari. The fact that this word expresses different layers of meaning in different places in the hadiths, the lexical-semitic specificity of the Uzbek language, which was comparatively analyzed on the basis of the grammatical indicators, and different specific examples were researched. During the study of hadiths, the creation of metaphors in the process of translation of the terms sa'a (for a while, doomsday, death) in the texts, translator transliteration, equivalence in translation and other issues and processes in translation are discussed and illuminated through examples.
