This article analyzes the stages of formation of the social state model in the conditions of the Republic of Uzbekistan, its legal and institutional foundations, contemporary transformation processes, and future development directions based on socio-philosophical and political-institutional approaches. Within the framework of the national development model, the study reveals issues related to social justice, inclusiveness, the social functions of the state, and the interaction between the state and civil society institutions
