In this study, the immunotropic activity of eight new chemical substances coded 35, AD-3, GS4/2, EB-2, AK-42, AG1.5, 17 and 16 was evaluated in vivo in mice. The substances were administered orally once, and after 48 hours their effects on the number of nucleated cells (NC) in immune organs - thymus, spleen and axillary lymph nodes - as well as macrophage count in the peritoneal fluid were determined. The results showed that AD-3, GS4/2, EB-2 and AK-42 stimulated phagocytic activity by increasing macrophage numbers (RI=1.6–3.04). Analysis of central and peripheral immune organs confirmed that GS4/2, AG1.5 and 17 activate T-cell immunity. Comparative evaluation demonstrated that GS4/2, AG1.5 and 17 possess pronounced immunotropic activity, 35, AD-3 and EB-2 exhibit moderate activity, while AK-42 and 16 showed no significant effect.
