INVESTIGATION OF THE PROCESS FOR PRODUCING NITROGEN – PHOSPHORUS - CALCIUM FERTILIZERS FROM KYZYLKUM WASHED AND CALCINED PHOSPHATE CONCENTRATE USING NITRIC ACID AND AMMONIA

washed calcined phosphoconcentrate, nitric acid, nitro-calcium phosphate slurries, separation, solid and liquid phases, liquid nitric-calcium fertilizers.

Authors

Based on theoretical and technological studies, technical solutions have been developed for implementing the main stages of nitricacid processing of the Kyzylkum phosphoconcentrate (WCPh) (26.2% P₂O₅) into granulated NPCa and liquid NPCa (LNCF) fertilizers containing 30.4% and 23.30% nutrients, respectively. Methodology. Filtration of the NAE slurry formed from WCPh and nitric acid was carried out, and NPCa fertilizers were obtained by neutralizing the liquid phases with ammonia.
