This article analyzes the theoretical and aesthetic foundations of the concept of "recurring characters" (migratory characters) and their research issues in world and Uzbek literary studies. The study examines the intertextual migration of characters, their artistic functions, and transformation processes within the repertoires of various authors. In particular, the phenomenon of recurring characters is explored through the creative works of Luqmon Burikhon.
