PROBLEMS OF INCREASING THE ROLE OF POLITICAL PARTIES IN THE FORMATION OF STATE ADMINISTRATION

The acceleration of the globalization process is increasing the need to improve the functioning of political institutions in society.
In particular, the widespread use of modern information technologies in the activities of political parties, which are one of the most
powerful institutions of civil society, is giving rise to new forms of their use. In addition to the fact that political parties protect the
interests of certain social strata of the population before the authorities, it is relevant to study them as a central political structure
in the formation of state governance. We are also witnessing the acceleration of reforms being implemented in our country in recent
years, which are improving regulatory and legal mechanisms to expand the participation of political parties and increase their role
in shaping public administration.
