This article provides a scientific analysis of the impact of digital transformation processes in higher education institutions on
educators’ emotional fatigue. The study examines the cognitive and emotional stress elements experienced by educators during
the integration of digital technologies into their professional activities, as well as their effects on pedagogical effectiveness and
