PSYCHOLOGICAL AND SOCIAL FACTORS DETERMINING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF MENTORING RELATIONSHIPS

This article analyzes the psychological and social factors that determine the effectiveness of mentoring relationships. Particular
attention is paid to mutual interest, relationship quality, and mentoring episodes. The study substantiates the connection between
mentoring effectiveness and personal as well as social factors. The findings are important for organizing effective mentoring in
the educational process.
