Mazkur maqolada mentorlik munosabatlari samaradorligini belgilovchi psixologik va ijtimoiy omillar tahlil qilinadi. Xususan,
o‘zaro manfaatdorlik, munosabatlar sifati hamda mentoring epizodlarining roli yoritiladi. Mentorlik jarayonining samaradorligi
shaxsiy va ijtimoiy omillar bilan uzviy bog‘liqligi asoslab beriladi. Tadqiqot natijalari ta’lim jarayonida samarali mentorlikni
tashkil etishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.
