THE SOCIAL IMPORTANCE OF GENDER POLICY IN DEVELOPING WOMEN’S SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY IN UZBEKISTAN
This article analyzes the social significance of gender policy in the process of developing women’s social responsibility in
Uzbekistan. Today, the issue of gender equality is considered one of the priority directions of state policy and has become an
important factor in societal development. The effective implementation of gender policy contributes to strengthening the role and
position of women in society and expanding their participation in social, economic, and political processes.
From this perspective, increasing women’s social activity not only ensures family stability but also has a positive impact on the
overall development of society. The article highlights reforms implemented within the framework of gender policy, in particular
programs supporting women, ensuring their employment, expanding access to education, and developing entrepreneurial activities
