CHILDREN’S MUSIC AND ART SCHOOLS AS THE PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS FOR ENHANCING INSTRUMENTAL AND VOCAL PERFORMANCE (CASE OF NAVOI REGION)

This article analyzes the role and importance of music and art schools in the development of musical and vocal performance in the Navoi region. It also highlights the contribution of educational institutions in providing the younger generation with musical knowledge and skills, identifying and developing talents, and preserving and promoting the national cultural heritage. In addition, the role of music schools in shaping the cultural environment of the region, fostering the spiritual and aesthetic education of youth, and attracting them to art is scientifically examined
