AVIADISPECHERLARNING ADAPTIVLIK NAMOYON BO‘LISHINING PSIXOLOGIK XUSUSIYATLARI YU.K. STRELKOV KONSEPSIYASI DOIRASIDA
The article examines the psychological characteristics of adaptability in air traffic controllers under conditions of high information load, uncertainty, and professional responsibility. The relevance of the study is обусловлена increasing demands on the reliability of the human factor in air traffic control systems. The theoretical foundation is based on the concept of operator activity developed by Yu.K. Strelkov, where adaptability is considered a systemic construct including cognitive, regulatory, and temporal components. Theoretical analysis shows that adaptability in air traffic controllers manifests through cognitive flexibility, anticipation, selfregulation, and stress resistance.
