The article explores the integration of P.Ya. Galperin’s theory of stage-by-stage formation of mental actions into corporate
training within the context of the oil and gas industry's digital transformation. The research aims to develop a methodological
synthesis of modern educational approaches to ensure managed competency formation. A multi-level professional competency
model (Grade 1-3) is proposed, aligning Galperin’s stages with the phases of professional growth. This synthesis bridges the gap
between abstract professional standards and practical training tasks, providing a foundation for designing diagnostic, practice-
oriented educational technologies for the digital economy.
