This article analyzes the mechanisms for developing students’ personal and professional socialization in classroom and
extracurricular educational processes based on a cultural-humanistic approach. It also highlights the pedagogical opportunities for
developing students’ social activity, communicative culture, reflective thinking, and spiritual responsibility. The article
substantiates effective methods of forming students’ social competence through the integration of classroom instruction and
extracurricular activities. Furthermore, the socio-pedagogical significance of developing teamwork, initiative, and independent
decision-making skills of future specialists in the modern higher education system is revealed.
