LINGVISTIK EKSPERTIZA OBYEKTI:MUAMMO VA YECHIMLAR
Determining the object of a problem in any field serves its effective solution. The question of exactly which texts to examine in linguistic expertise is controversial. Usually, the linguistic examination of non-verbal speech means is viewed with suspicion. However, any means that has the function of carrying information can be the object of linguistic expertise. The article reflects considerations on defining the object of linguistic expertise, finding solutions to problematic situations, as well as how to pay attention to the legal aspect of the issue. Through the analysis, it was substantiated that materials with any information-carrying function can be the object of linguistic expertise.
