This article examines the socio-philosophical foundations of cybersecurity policy and modern trends of digital development in Uzbekistan. The study analyzes the impact of digital transformation on public administration, the economy, education, and civil society. It also explores key directions of cybersecurity policy, mechanisms for ensuring information security, and issues related to strengthening the stability of the national digital environment. Based on the findings, practical recommendations for improving cybersecurity policy and accelerating digital development in Uzbekistan are proposed
