PEDAGOGIK YO‘NALISH TALABALARINING EMOTSIONAL INTELEKTI DIAGNOSTIKASI
This article examines the emotional intelligence of students majoring in pedagogical studies and its impact on the motivational sphere of future teachers. The study involved 320 students majoring in pedagogy at the National University of Uzbekistan, Navoi State University, Samarkand State University, and Bukhara Pedagogical University. The diagnostic methods used included N. Hall's Emotional Intelligence Test and A.A. Rean and V.A. Yakunin's method for studying students' learning motives. The study's results confirm that emotional intelligence is an important socio-psychological factor in shaping the motivational sphere of future teachers.
