PEDAGOGIK YO‘NALISH TALABALARINING EMOTSIONAL INTELEKTI DIAGNOSTIKASI

Mazkur maqolada pedagogik yo‘nalish talabalari emotsional intellektining xususiyatlari hamda uning bo‘lajak pedagog shaxsining motivatsion sohasiga ta’siri ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tadqiqotda O‘zbekiston Milliy universiteti, Navoiy davlat universiteti, Samarqand davlat universiteti va Buxoro pedagogika universitetining pedagogik yo‘nalishlarida tahsil olayotgan 320 nafar talaba ishtirok etdi. Diagnostik metodikalar sifatida N. Xollning emotsional intellekt testi hamda A.A. Rean va V.A. Yakuninning talabalar o‘quv faoliyati motivlarini o‘rganish metodikasi qo‘llanildi. Tadqiqot natijalari emotsional intellekt bo‘lajak pedagogning motivatsion sohasini boshqarishda muhim ijtimoiy-psixologik omil ekanligini tasdiqlaydi
