FAVQULODDA VAZIYATLARDA XODIMLARNI HIMOYA QILISHNING HUQUQIY-ME’YORIY ASOSLARI: QIYOSIY TAHLIL
This article presents a comparative analysis of the legal and regulatory framework for the protection of employees in emergency situations. The study examines the labor legislation and emergency laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Russian Federation, and foreign countries. As a result of the research, proposals were developed to harmonize national legislation with international standards. The comparative analysis identified similarities and differences in the approaches of various countries to employee protection in emergency situations.
