Ushbu maqolada favqulodda vaziyatlarda xodimlarni himoya qilishning huquqiy-me’yoriy asoslari qiyosiy tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi, Rossiya Federatsiyasi hamda xorijiy davlatlarning mehnat qonunchiligi va favqulodda vaziyatlar toʻgʻrisidagi qonunchilik hujjatlari oʻrganilgan. Tadqiqot natijasida milliy qonunchilikni xalqaro standartlarga muvofiqlashtirish boʻyicha takliflar ishlab chiqilgan. Qiyosiy tahlil natijasida turli davlatlarning favqulodda vaziyatlarda xodimlar himoyasi sohasidagi yondashuvlarining oʻxshash va farqli jihatlari aniqlangan.
