This article examines the effectiveness of reflective learning tasks in developing independent learning skills among pre-service English teachers. In contemporary higher education, fostering students' ability to plan, regulate, evaluate, and improve their own learning has become a key educational objective. The research employed pedagogical experiments, classroom observation, questionnaires, diagnostic assessment, and statistical analysis.
