The development of party systems of world countries based on multi-party systems is considered the main factor of civil society today. The crisis of the one-party system in the 90s of the last century further expanded the geography of the multi-party system. The multiparty system has proven to be of great importance in the wide-scale provision of its interests, paying attention to even the smallest groups and strata of society. In the Central Asian region, as the one-party system ended and the emergence of new independent states, the transition to the multi-party system was started, thereby establishing strong states with legal democratic societies. During the past period, as the countries of the region continued to develop rapidly, the multi-party system proved its optimality in experience.
