KORRUPSIYANI SOTSIAL HODISA SIFATIDAGI TAHLILIGA DOIR ILMIY YONDASHUVLAR
Corruption is a phenomenon that has been known to us for a long time, and in some countries of the world it was perceived as a
normal phenomenon. However, in the second half of the twentieth century it was recognized as a social phenomenon. As for the
current period, it is characterized by an explosion of interest in corruption. The nature of corruption, its causes and consequences,
and issues of combating corruption are one of the most important topics of discussion today. A number of reforms are being
carried out in Uzbekistan to limit the severity of the problem of corruption and its negative consequences.The purpose of this
article is to consider the possibilities of studying this social phenomenon in Uzbekistan within the framework of different
approaches. The article ehamines corruption in society, as well as the boundary between the private and public spheres of
corruption, and discusses their combined impacts. A number of recommendations are also given in the area of increasing the
effectiveness of the fight against corruption.
