This article provides information on the species composition and distribution of plant nematodes common in the orchards of the
Surkhandarya region. As a result of research in the gardens of the Surkhandarya region, 36 species of plant nematodes were
identified, belonging to 2 subclasses, 4 orders, 16 families and 21 genera. Diphtherophora communis, Eucephalobus oxyuroides,
Panagrolaimus Rigidus, Aphelenchus avenae, Aphelenchoides parietinus, Quinisulcius capitatus, Helicotylenchus dihystera and
H. erythrinae species predominate in the root system of fruit trees and the soil around the roots.
