This scientific article provides a comparative-linguistic analysis of the structural, syntactic, terminological, and pragmatic features
of legal texts within Uzbek and German mass media. The research examines the specificities of legal discourse, cross-linguistic
adaptation patterns, and stylistic modulations applied during the journalistic re-contextualization of normative acts. Special
emphasis is laid on translation non-equivalence and structural divergence resulting from typological differences between the two
language families. The findings substantiate that while German media prioritizes functional-legal precision, Uzbek media leans
towards socio-communicative simplification.
