FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF IMPLEMENTING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES IN THE HIGHER EDUCATION SYSTEM AND ITS TRANSFORMATION PROSPECTS
This article analyzes the international security, transformational prospects and methodological foundations of the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technology into the modern higher education system. The study provides scientific justification for the correct orientation, not the prohibition of AI software tools in the educational process. It also reveals the need to ensure interdisciplinary integration in the quality of education, to ensure equal and timely renewal for students in the necessary environment. The article, based on advanced methods such as Estonia and Finland, highlights the role of the pedagogical team in implementing these changes and the importance of public-private partnership mechanisms in infrastructure development, and develops practical recommendations for universities.
