SYNTHESIS AND RESEARCH OF A NEW PHTHALOCYANINE PIGMENT BASED ON DIAMINES
In this work, a new organic pigment was synthesized based on phthalocyanine with the participation of phthalimide and 1,6
hexamethylenediamine. Metal was introduced as the central atom of the synthesized organic pigment, and the reaction
characteristics of metal salts were studied in this process. The composition and structure of the pigment formed by changing the
mole ratio of the starting substances entering into the reaction, its properties, and the properties of the dependence on the product
yield were checked. Reaction equations and mechanisms were proposed based on thermal analysis, IR spectroscopy and chemical
analysis methods.
