COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE IS THE GOAL OF TEACHING FOREIGN LANGUAGES
The article deals with the essence of communication-oriented teaching of a second foreign language in terms of an individual
approach to learning. With this approach, positive conditions are created for the active and free development of the individual in
activity. An individual approach involves learning centered on the student.
