THE IMPORTANCE OF PEDAGOGICAL DESIGN IN TRAINING TOURISM PROFESSIONALS IN MODERN EDUCATIONAL PRACTICE
This article examines the role and importance of pedagogical design in the training of tourism professionals within modern educational practices. Pedagogical design aids in effectively structuring the learning process to develop students’ theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Through interactive methods and enhanced cultural competence, pedagogical design prepares students to adapt to professional environments and meet industry standards.
