PEDAGOGICAL SIGNIFICANCE AND PROFESSIONAL NEED FOR FORMING CREATIVE SKILLS IN FUTURE TEACHERS
This article explores the pedagogical significance and professional necessity of developing creativity in future educators. The role of creativity in the educational process, its impact on improving teaching quality, and its influence on the professional success of modern educators are analyzed. Methods for fostering creativity and their effectiveness are also discussed.
